Sophie is an award-winning Diversity & HR leader in fintech and as the Chief People Officer at BOOM, her aim is to shift cultural paradigms within organisations and to champion diversity and equality using structured, disruptive thinking. Pre BOOM, she has set up HR in early startups like Revolut & 11:FS. She is a recognized mentor, career coach for young women in tech, and a credited mental health coach. Active on the diversity agenda, Sophie also runs an HR community in Slack, Work Experience Programs for young women, and as a People Advisor to new Founders of FinTech startups in London. She's been on the Women Fintech Powerlist in UK for 3 years consecutively.
Oliwia is a Marketing Manager and Global Mobility Expert at Localyze, where she works towards the mission to free talent from borders.
