In our upcoming virtual Lunch Session on August 30th at 1 pm with Sophie Theen, CPO of Boom & Founder Coach we’ll discuss why and how companies have to rethink employee benefits and can enforce Employee Wellbeing in especially increasingly global and diverse teams. As the world of work continues to evolve and change, so do the priorities of employees. When asked what they want most from their jobs, an overwhelming majority of workers cite location flexibility and wellbeing. While these may seem like separate topics, they’re actually closely connected. There are established benefits, for both employees and employers, to remote and hybrid work setups. But there are also potential challenges, like isolation and disengagement, that can threaten productivity and wellbeing if left unaddressed.

What’s the solution, then?

We’ll touch upon:

- How employee benefits have changed and what it means for HR teams

- The challenges and opportunities associated with distributed work setups

- Why it’s now more important than ever for companies to focus on employee wellbeing

At the end, you’ll walk away with 3 actionable benefits and wellbeing insights that you can implement at your company straight away.

We’ll also leave time for a Q&A session with Sophie! Feeling the calendar crunch? We got you covered, register and you'll receive a recording. :)
