In a post-Brexit (post-Covid) world, more people are going to want to travel, move internationally and gain experience abroad after being locked up for 2 years. Also, in early 2022 the new UK Tech Visa will be released. How will all of this impact your HR strategy?

>> Closing the door on the international talent pool won’t be an option if you want to scale up efficiently. Even if your company is hiring fully remote, over 40% of remote workers are looking to move internationally, and thus searching for employment packages with relocation

>> If you want to keep your best talent, you’ll need to learn how to deal with the increasing flow of remote work requests
