Our new Case Management-Localito...

will be working with our customer success team to ensure that all our internationals are taken care of. You will be assigned new cases on a weekly basis and you are the first point of contact. It's crucial that you are patient, respond to all questions, and really support people in their journey. Your working hours are completely flexible and you can work from wherever you want. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and bringing the world closer together. You will have a direct impact on people's life and contribute to a world without borders! 

Your responsibilities

  •  Answering questions of internationals regarding visa processes, paperwork, etc. via chat
  • Preparation of documents and application forms
  • Exchange with authorities on appointments and processes
  • Continuous development of our knowledge base
  • Interaction with product team to develop new features

Your profile

  • You have 2+ years work experience (can be as a working student)
  • You have previous experience with customer interactions
  • You are communicative and have fun interacting with people
  • You are very patient and not easily stressed
  • You are fluent in English
