Our new Sales-Localito...

...will be joining sales team to plan and execute our market expansion. You will focus on topics like lead generation, demos, sales, account management, case management, and many more in each market we are entering, to build up the necessary structures for scaling later.

Your responsibilities

  • Define and execute our expansion strategy and work with the Head of Growth to accelerate our international growth across Europe
  • Approach the first customers, conduct demos and sales conversations, and get test cases on the ground with the aim of expanding our international customer base
  • Research and document immigration and relocation knowledge in our new markets
  • Develop marketing and market launch activities to spread the word
  • Drive lead generation and conversion, helping us scale each market as fast as possible
  • Drive international partnership building, including identifying and approaching potential new partners

Your profile

  • You have 2+ years work experience in business development, go to market, sales, or consulting
  • You have previous experience with customer interactions (prospecting, demos, sales) and scaling a customer base in a new market
  • Previous experience in a business development or sales role in a tech startup is a plus
  • You are extremely results-driven and like to work on a number of different tasks at the same time
  • You are very patient and not easily stressed
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
