Our new Sales-Localito...

will report directly to our COO and partner with our Head of Marketing to keep our sales operations running smoothly and further accelerate our strong revenue growth. You will lead the optimization of our CRM system to ensure there is clear and effective communication between our Sales team and potential Localyze clients. Other core tasks include data tracking and analysis to provide stakeholders with recommendations and insights to improve performance.

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to redefine the sales funnel, with a focus on automation of CRM processes and lead qualification strategies
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking conversion rates and key operational metrics, and deliver regular insights to the business
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter and simplifying processes, including selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
  • Perform sales forecasting, and presentation of data and insights to the leadership team
  • Design high-level sales strategies, and translate them into operational systems and process requirements to ensure local execution and business growth
  • Manage transversal projects and training in the adoption of new processes and strategies

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field preferred
  • +3 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of improved conversion rates and KPIs based on learnings 
  • You are organized, have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Excel and Google Sheets; advanced knowledge of email marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with Google Workplace tools and previous experience with Gmelius is a plus
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
