Our new Sales-Localito...

will be reporting directly to our COO and help build up our sales team to further accelerate our strong revenue growth. Core sales tasks include the improvement and further automation of the sales process, keeping the conversion rates high and driving enterprise sales. You will work strategically and operational, driving revenue yourself and building up the team at the same time.

Your responsibilities

  • Quality control of every step in the outbound process and planning of improvements together with the team
  • Building up a tracking system to analyze the health of our pipeline and conversions
  • Planning and ideating ABM measures for enterprise and A customers
  • Iterate and improve our sales playbook together with the COO
  • Conducting demos and driving the sales process with larger clients
  • Managing larger contract negotiations and trials up until handover to customer success
  • Take part in shaping our sales strategy to further improve the performance of the team

Your profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience in selling B2B software products and a track record of stellar conversion rates
  • You have previous experience in a leadership role and know how to build and scale a repeatable sales process
  • You have experience in selling to different customer groups and bring the empathy required to sell into HR
  • You have sold to larger enterprises and know how to manage procurement processes, data security assessments and drive the process
  • You are process-oriented and have a sense for detecting recurring tasks that can be automated to increase sales efficiency
  • You are fluent in German and English
