Our new Tech Recruiter-Localito...

...will help us achieve our ambitious hiring goals at Localyze. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our Leadership Team in shaping our Talent Acquisition processes as well as culture and candidate experience. This is an opportunity not only to help build and shape the business from early on but also to be part of a company disrupting a key area of the hiring lifecycle.

Your responsibilities

  • Build out our hiring plans, prioritisation, interview processes, feedback loops, debriefs, offers and onboarding plans
  • Set up, lead and maintain exceptional candidate experiences
  • Build and deploy our Talent Brand to make sure that it’s reaching its intended audiences
  • Report to the business on key hiring metrics, being a champion for data integrity within our ATS
  • Help us to navigate the complex balance between velocity x quality as we scale
  • Source and screen creatively to make sure you are bringing Localyze best in class talent across the board

Your profile

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in building and scaling teams at high-growth Startups
  • Experience advising and partnering with Leadership Teams on all hiring related matters
  • A strong desire to build incredible, cohesive teams thinking beyond the obvious to find signals of great candidates 
  • Great Sourcing skills, familiar with the best places to recruit from in Europe and passionate about unearthing hidden pockets of talent.
  • Excellent Communication skills in English - bonus points if you have German language skills!
